Innovación sostenible y desarrollo rural mediante sistemas cooperativos productivos

Este estudio analiza la relación entre innovación sostenible y desarrollo rural mediante sistemas cooperativos productivos, considerando el papel de la cooperación organizativa en la transformación económica de los territorios rurales. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo explicativo con diseño no experimental longitudinal, utilizando información secundaria proveniente de reportes institucionales, bases de datos estadísticas y literatura especializada. El análisis se realizó mediante ecuaciones estructurales PLS-SEM, regresión logística multinivel y análisis de conglomerados jerárquicos, con el propósito de evaluar la incidencia de la cooperación productiva en la adopción de innovación sostenible y en el desempeño socioeconómico rural. Los resultados muestran que el 63.4 % de los sistemas cooperativos presentan innovación intermedia, el 24.1 % alta innovación y el 12.5 % baja cooperación productiva. Las cooperativas innovadoras alcanzan una productividad promedio de 4.8 t/ha y un ingreso anual cercano a 4920 USD, superando significativamente a los sistemas con innovación intermedia (3.6 t/ha; 3310 USD) y baja cooperación (2.4 t/ha; 1740 USD). El modelo estructural evidencia efectos estadísticamente significativos entre cooperación productiva e innovación sostenible (β = 0.64) y entre innovación sostenible y desarrollo rural (β = 0.71), explicando el 58 % de la variabilidad del desarrollo rural. Cabe mencionar que, los sistemas cooperativos innovadores presentan mayores niveles de capital social, humano y financiero, lo que confirma que la articulación organizativa y la innovación productiva.
