Revista Pulso Científico is an international open-access academic journal dedicated to the dissemination of original research and rigorous scholarly contributions in the field of Applied Social Sciences. Manuscripts must present a clearly defined research problem, relevant background and theoretical foundations, coherent objectives, an explicit methodology, verifiable results, and an identifiable contribution to knowledge.

The scope of Revista Pulso Científico accepts articles in the following fields, without being limited to:

Governance and Public Policy

This area encompasses research on the organization and functioning of the State, political institutions, public administration, regulation, and the relationships between government, citizens, and society. Economics and Organizational Management

The journal will not accept manuscripts that lack an explicit scientific methodology; opinion essays; institutional reports without an academic contribution; promotional texts; merely descriptive documents; exclusively doctrinal articles; or clinical, biomedical, experimental, or strictly technical research that lacks a direct and substantive connection with the Applied Social Sciences.

Executive Statement

Revista Pulso Científico disseminates original and interdisciplinary research in the Applied Social Sciences, organized into three areas: Governance and Public Policy; Economics and Organizational Management; and Social and Educational Transformation.

Its purpose is to strengthen the production and open dissemination of scientific knowledge, decision-making, institutional quality, responsible innovation, and academic cooperation through rigorous, ethical, and socially relevant publications.
